With no phone number for people to call and with zero social media presence they weren't able to keep up with every question, every person asking for an update all coming into 1 email, which is also the email all the orders come to. She really 1000% cares about the happiness of each person that purchases from us. I recognized how genuine she is, how much this is more than just a company for her. If a mistake is made on an order, she will make it right! If you want to return your ring (or anything you've purchased from us, dont forget we do custom Jewelry, absolutely anything you want, we can make it) she will refund the total amount of your order, no questions asked!! We don't have a "restocking fee" like some (most) of the other companies do. She really cares about the quality of work they send out, some orders might have taken longer than others, but that's because she refuses to let anything leave that shop that isn't perfect.
Elize is the sweetest person I've ever met. I got in contact with Elize from a comment I found right here on Reddit. I am new to the company, I started out as a customer actually.
